Contemporary Abstract

A body of mixed-media paintings that linger at the threshold of figuration and abstraction. Surfaces are built through collage and acrylic, preserving creases, erasures, and stitch-like lines that record the work’s making. 

Gestures remain spare while symbols—threads, seeds, botanicals—suggest narratives without fixing them. The tone is intimate rather than sentimental, contemporary yet timeless, inviting slow looking and return.
