“Azure Watcher” – Ceramic Guardian Sculpture

Part of my ongoing Guardians series, Azure Watcher is a hand-built ceramic figure that merges the gentle presence of character with the form of a vessel. With upright, wing-like ears and a tiered, cloaked body painted in shimmering blue, this guardian feels both playful and otherworldly.

Its surface is alive with fine pointillist textures and dreamlike illustrations that circle the base—faces and forms that emerge like companions or memories stitched into clay. The layered blue glazes evoke water, sky, and wings in motion, infusing the piece with luminous energy.

A one-of-a-kind creation, Azure Watcher embodies protection, mystery, and quiet imagination.
